Mark Di Donato

Mark is a lawyer who began his legal career practising exclusively in family law.

Mark has since transitioned into commercial litigation, where, although he still practices in family law, he now acts in a range of disputes including insurance, defamation, and building and construction matters.

For several years, Mark previously volunteered at Fitzroy Legal Service at Darebin (formerly known as Darebin Community Legal Centre. 

Mark joined the Northern Suburbs Law Association in 2020 and has been the Young Lawyers Representative since 2021. In 2024, Mark was elected as the Treasurer of the Association.
