In this interactive session, Peter Docherty, Head of Professional Standards and Quality Assurance from the Law Institute of Victoria, will provide some practical guidance to support practice continuity as circumstances evolve and change. He will do so by discussing common themes and insights to help futureproof your contingency plan. He will also share strategies on being on top of what appears to be the ‘new normal’.
